Initial Comments:
An offsite follow-up survey conducted on May 25, 2022, found that Care Is Our Priority, LLC had corrected the following deficiencies cited under 28 Pa. Code, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart G. Chapter 601. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a re-licensure survey completed on February 25, 2022.
